Or keep is separate on the side for a delicious garnish that is great for your gut health. Shelf Life: An unopened jar of Kraut is shelf stable and can be kept in your pantry for up to a year. Once opened, keep it refrigerated and consume within one year of opening. When opening your jar for the first time, open slowly over the sink in case any of the brine leaks out as the pressure is released. -

- Raw & Vegan – Our kimchi can be enjoyed by people on the vegan, paleo and keto diets! We make our vegan kimchi using traditional practices but WITHOUT the use of fish sauce, shrimp and anchovies (often used in heritage recipes). We also make sure to NOT include wheat, rice or sugar, which is also commonly used.
