I don’t often write reviews but I felt compelled after this order. I bought this for the health benefits but I’ll be darned if this is not the best tasting sauerkraut I’ve ever had! It’s likes spaghetti when you take it out and is not too bitter and a little sweet. I have literally put this on every sandwich I’ve made the last two weeks! Goes great with turkey, roast beef, and hamburgers. Get some…try it out…and you can feel free to hate on me if you don’t like it. I just ordered two more jars.

Your purple cabbage is crunchy and tasty. It was well-packed .I really like the addition of caraway seed and juniper berries to the kraut. I discovered your purple cabbage after one of Amazon’s other purple krauts went out of stock. Yours is better. I will definitely be ordering more of your kraut!
