We also make sure to NOT include wheat, rice or sugar, which is also commonly used.
- Traditionally Fermented - We ferment in micro-batches, hand cut the vegetables and NEVER ferment in plastic to ensure no contamination from plasticizers. We pack all our products in glass jars. We also never use sugar or vinegar in our process, it’s all wild fermentation!
