Absolutely incredible. It tastes good, looks good. It’s a little spicy, but not nearly as spicy as kimchi. I’ve been drinking it straight – 1/4 cup with a few tsp raw vinegar added. You instantly get a feeling of well-being that I used to associate only with kefir. Except it’s stronger with the kvass. I just bought more plus I got the beet kvass too. You can’t go wrong with this. It’s delicious and oh so healthy.
