Our fermented hot sauce is a seasonal ferment that varies depending on the availability of locally grown peppers. Each batch is unique with it’s ingredients and ferment time which can vary from 3 months to over a year.

It goes well on eggs, tacos, burgers, fried potatoes, and most anything!

Shelf Life:
An unopened jar of fermented hot sauce is shelf stable and can be kept in your pantry for up to a year. Once opened, keep it refrigerated and consume within one year of opening.
