Our immune tincture includes ingredients known to help boost the immune system and include garlic, turmeric, cayenne, shallots, horseradish and ginger.  It is fermented in organic raw apple cider vinegar for a minimum of one month.  There is no one way to use the tincture however most customers generally take one dropperful in the morning and one before bed.

Other uses we’ve heard include:

  • taking every 30 minutes when sick or traveling
  • hair rinse to help with dandruff & itching
  • mixing with olive oil for salad dressing
  • adding to hot lemon & honey water for tea
