Our Supergreen Kraut is packed with 8 superfoods! Including nettles, morenga, chickweed, dandelion, cilantro, parsley, plantain and spinach. Tastes just as delicious as the rest of our krauts and is possibly even more nutritious! Shelf Life: An unopened jar of Kraut is shelf stable and can be kept in your pantry for up to a year. Once opened, keep it refrigerated and consume within one year of opening. When opening your jar for the first time, open slowly over the sink in case any of the brine leaks out as the pressure is released.
